Supplemental MATERIAL
Adopted in 1787, the U.S. Constitution established the framework for American government—dividing power among the legislative, executive, and judicial branches while reserving essential rights for the people. It transformed the ideals of the Revolution into law, creating a living document that has guided the nation through more than two centuries of change. Through its articles, amendments, and interpretation by the courts, the Constitution remains both a restraint on authority and a promise of freedom, defining what it means to govern—and to be governed—under the rule of law.
From the Necessary and Proper Clause to the Supremacy Clause, the U.S. Constitution carefully balances federal authority against state sovereignty. Landmark cases like McCulloch v. Maryland and Marbury v. Madison cemented Congress’s implied powers and the judiciary’s role as constitutional arbiter. Over time, courts have refined how they evaluate government actions—through doctrines like strict, intermediate, and rational basis scrutiny—shaping the limits of legislative and executive power.
Despite widespread online claims, the Irish were never slaves in the same sense as Africans in the transatlantic slave trade. The myth misrepresents indentured servitude, erases the racial foundations of slavery, and has been widely used in racist propaganda.
The history of federal counterintelligence operations reveals a persistent structural prioritization that targets ideological challenges to the status quo over concrete, measurable threats of lethal domestic violence. This pattern was most explicitly institutionalized in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Counterintelligence Program (COINTELPRO), which operated between 1956 and 1971.

DEI – Diversity Equity and Inclusion
The report argues that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives are being used to implement racial quotas, leading to the hiring of unqualified individuals based on race. It counters that such practices are illegal under Title VII of the Civil Rights, which prohibits racial quotas in employment. The report concludes by claiming that conservative commentators like Charlie Kirk and Tucker Carlson leverage this debate to frame DEI as a form of “reverse racism,” thereby excusing their own racially charged rhetoric.
2010 – The Great Replacement Theory
The “Great Replacement Theory,” a debunked white nationalist conspiracy theory that has transitioned from extremist circles to mainstream political discourse. At its core, the theory claims that white populations in Western nations are being intentionally and systematically replaced by non-white immigrants, an alleged plot orchestrated by “global elites.”
For 127 years, Puerto Rico has been exploited under U.S. rule. From the Treaty of Paris and the Insular Cases to the Jones Act, forced sterilization, military testing, and the debt crisis, the island has been treated as a possession rather than a partner—its people denied equal rights while its resources and labor served U.S. interests.
